CNC milling is a process of fixing a blank and then using a high-speed rotating milling cutter to cut the blank to obtain the desired shape and features. The milling and boring center can perform three-axis or multi axis milling and boring on molds, inspection tools, tire tools, thin-walled complex surfaces, artificial prostheses, and blades.
Five axis CNC milling is a type of milling used for CNC milling of parts in metal materials. Our factory's parts are used for video servers, adapters, optical terminals, routers, controllers, vehicle casings, jammer casings, inverter casings, CPU heat sink casings, power supply casings, electronic communication, power communication, medical equipment, controller cabinets, etc. The size and shape of the parts can be customized for processing.
5-axis machining
In CNC machining, we specialize in 5-axis machining, allowing us to machine the five sides of the part in one operation. This reduces the total number of operations, improves accuracy, and reduces customer runtime and costs. Another advantage is the ability to process complex 3D shapes with precision tolerances without the occurrence of workpiece clamping and fixture problems related to multiple operations.
3 and 4-axis machining
CNC machining also has 3 and 4 axis machining centers. All of our machining centers are equipped with multiple vises to efficiently and accurately operate production parts. We can process complex parts in one or two operations, otherwise it may require six. The result is improved quality, reduced customer time and cost.
Our company handles each project with a mindset of minimizing operational frequency, maximizing quality, and improving efficiency. If possible, we purchase oversized raw materials to process the top and sides in the same way as drilling, tapping, and other functions. This ensures that all edges are flat, square, and parallel to each other, and allows us to maintain strict true positional tolerances.
