Vacuum casting services


Vacuum casting is a common processing method. It uses CNC or 3D printing benchmark samples or gold samples to make silicone molds, and then casts PU, silicone, nylon, ABS or other materials under vacuum to copy the same copy as the original template, with a similarity of 99.8 percent. Vacuum casting process

1. Manufacturing hand board: According to the 3D drawings provided by the customer, the hand board is manufactured by SIC laser rapid prototyping or 3D printing after CNC addition
