(1) According to the loading and positioning method of the parts:
The structural shape of each component is different, and the technical requirements for each surface are also different. Therefore, the processing of positioning methods is different, and can be divided according to different positioning methods;
(2) Based on rough and precision machining:
According to the machining accuracy, stiffness, and deformation of the parts, they can be divided into rough machining and precision machining according to principles, namely rough machining and precision machining. In this case, different machine tools or tools can be used for machining;
(3) According to the process of tool division:
In order to reduce tool replacement time, idle time, and unnecessary positioning errors, parts can be processed according to the tool, that is, using as many tools as possible in a single installation. Processed parts, then replace other parts with another knife.
CNC turning is a process of CNC machining, which has the following characteristics.

3. Rotating parts with special threads
4. Hardened workpiece
